    1. How to register on as a Employer ?
    To Register on, Please click on Recruiter Zone tab, on home page you will be redirected to the Login, Please click on New Client - Register Now tab, fill all the required details and click on Submit option. Once you have completed the Registration go to your registered email ID and activate your account by clicking on the activation link received in the email. By any chance if you do not receive the email, please contact support to send you an activation link. As per your requirement, please proceed with the subscription.
    2. Why I can't sign in to my Recruiter's account ?
    If you're having trouble signing in, you should follow these steps:
    - Make sure you're using's recruiter zone, rather than the Jobseeker's login, to go on Recruiter's login page, click here
    - Make sure you're using the correct username and password. Your username will usually be your email address.
    - If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset email, by clicking on forgot password.
    3. Do I need any card details while registering ? never asks for any card details, while registering, we have kept feasible payment options. If you are subscribing for any Services at, may Job Posting, Resume Access, Branding you can use any of the below options for Payment.
    - Credit / Debit Card
    - Net Banking
    - Cheque Deposit
    - PayPal

    4. How can I subscribe for a Customize Plan ?
    To subscribe for a customize plan, you need to contact a sales team or request a call back. An executive from can help you to customize a plan or may be give you a good deal and will also help you with the payment option.


    5. How do I advertise my Job on ?
    Login to Recruiter Zone, and click on Post Job menu Tab ,If you are not able to post a Job that means, either you need to renew your subscription or may be your Job Post limit must be exceeded. For clear understanding view Job Posting User guide. If you face any other issue apart from these, please contact support.
    6. How to edit the Job Post on ?
    To edit the Job, login to account and click on the posted job listed on the Home Page after Login.
    7. How to manage the responses received for advertised Jobs ?
    You can view the responses, by clicking on the number of responses mentioned under responses column.
    8. How to Send bulk Email to the applicants ?
    Go on to the Responses, use candidate manager feature, select one or more candidate to send email and click on Send email, compose your email and Send.

    Resume / CV's Database Access

    9. How to Access Resume / CV's ?
    To access Resume's of, you need to first subscribe for any of the Resume Access Plan or a Combo Plan. If you have already subscribed for the Plan, please click on Resume Access Menu Tab option after logging to your Recruiter's account. After Logging to the account, you can search the Resume's from ReKruiTIn's Database by Keywords, Industry, Functional Area or Location.. As per your search you will get the filtered result.
    10. Why I am not able to access Resume, even when my account is active ?
    Trouble in accessing the Resume, appears only because of two reasons:

    1. You have not subscribed for Resume access - For this, you just need to contact the Sales executive and check out your plans and subscription offers.
    2. You have exceeded your Resume Access Limit - Even when you have already used all your limit for resume access, you can still login to account but, cannot access new Resumes. You need to subscribe again for Resume Access Plans. If you are facing any issues not related to above, please contact Support.
    11. My Account Validity is due in few days, and I still have Resume Access Limit, what should I do to use them ?
    Don't worry contact the Support or an Sales Executive, who had deal with you. They will help you to extend the validity.
    12. Where can I get the details about my Transactions and Active Plans ?
    All the Transaction history and current plans are listed in the Transaction option mentioned on the menu tab of Home page after Logging to your Recruiter's account.
    13. How can I know my Resume Usage ?
    To know your resume usage, please login to recruiter's account and go on to Recruiter's Home Page and Scroll down. You will see the Product Usage.
    14. How to Download Excel sheet, for selected candidates ?
    Follow below Step for download Excel sheet with Candidate details:
    1. Search for required Profile
    2. Select multiple candidates
    3. Save them in a Folder
    4. Go to Personal Folder Option
    5. Select the Folder and Click download option.
    15. How to send email to Shortlisted Candidates ?
    To Send bulk Email's, please shortlist the candidates, save them in a folder and select multiple candidate and click on Send email button.
